American media thrives on the controversial! Crowd size has no bearing on homelessness or war casualties. The time, money, and energies that are going into the size of the inaugural crowd is absurd.The reality is the smartphones, tablets, television, etc., does indeed make it the most watched inauguration ever.
If the wind chill was minus 20 or the winds blew at hurricane force, naturally the crowd size diminishes. I think Donald Trump had a very good showing, regardless, even up at the ISS!
In defense of our new president.. "I 've told him a million times not to exaggerate!" Hyperbole is given as "extravagant exaggeration." People pull this stuff all of the time. "My, how nice you look today!" LOL.
The talking heads of The Town must learn the rules of muckraking! Sad to say, in reviewing The Boston Globe, The New York Times and The New York Post today it was a waste of my money.John Holdcroft's yellow political billboard in Brookfield, Mass is more revealing! Keep it up, John! YOU DA MAN!
