WHY I'M NOT HAPPY WITH THE HEALTH CARE SYSTEM OF THE VA

The Veterans Health Care System lacks vision! From Trump down to the VA Systems in Massachusetts, it seems accountability is lacking! The helter-skelter bureaucracy it's dog chasing its own tail!... and I don't like it!

Certain attitudes leave much to be desired.. Lack of professionalism.. and even some arrogance permeate the VA's atmosphere. De-centralization sucks. Mechanization of messages make things worse. The VA is like Dollar General - Brookfield!

By contrast Mass General Hospital IS A CLASS ACT.

I base my observations on working in the medical field as an insurance adjuster, a claim training administrator, a patient and a student of the process. Today's healthcare everything is running rampant.Just LOOK AT SOCIETY AS A WHOLE:
