ONE WAY TO GET A LOWER BLOOD PRESSURE READING

When I was a boy and upset, my mother would say "Bobby, simmer down!"


Tonight , I took 3 independent readings on my electronic cuff and came in at 127/72 on my OMRON.


What you eat is what you are. Proper nutrition is hard in this Fast Food Folly. I am constantly reading labels and listening to folks smarter than me.


Lose some weight before we lose you.




When you go to your doctor the next time insist on a 5 minute window of 'simmering down!'
