JUST HOW COMPUTER LITERATE ARE YOU GETTING TO BE?

I purchased my first DELL PC in the spring of 1995. The modem made a funny noise as I logged on. "You've Got Mail" harkened my enthusiasm and desire to learn about this new fangled thing called a personal computer. I wanted it.


Fast forward to the present moment, I feel I can hold my own in the framework of this dazzling world. I am told by Jim at the VA in Worcester some veterans say "I don't want anything to do with it.
