IS THERE ANYONE WORKING AT THE VETERANS ADMINISTRATION WHO CAN HELP ME?

I give up! Four months ago the VA advised me they owed me $366 for a returned Agent Orange check in October, 2015. I signed a release, mailed it back to the VA in Boston  in January. That's it. Will somebody at the VA come to my rescue? First, one person said I couldn't deposit it with my tracking number.. then they said I could.


What's it going to take? An act of Congress? I WANT MY MONEY NOW!
