Just returned from R. Jones Road, Spencer, when confronted with a huge highway truck SPREADING SALT on a highway bearing a 37 degree ambient SURFACE temperature! I was amazed to witness such an April 15 event. Solar radiation warms up the roads nicely this time of the year. DA. And you wonder why taxpayers get pissed not to mention our salt-eaten vehicle under carriages! Dumb!
