DOLLAR GENERAL CONSTRUCTION UPDATE NORTH BROOKFIELD

Boy, things are happening fast in North Brookfield. "Weekend warriors" have given definition as to what the structure may look like. One single worker was high on a horse fastening boards. Maybe over 100 4X8 sheets of plywood are in place as are sheets of corrugated steel! "Time waits for no Dollar."


The structure is imposing and renderings show almost 6 thousand square feet of retail area. As the season is turning into Spring, North Brookfield Dollar General should be blossoming with the May flowers. What would Mr. Leach think?
