Angela Savoie of Verizon Wireless, Sturbridge, a Solution Specialist says The new HUM is "super duper awesome!" This latest electronic gadget will do everything but the Hula. This "System In Your Box" is fired-up in conjunction with your SmartPhone."With the hum app you'll be able to stay in touch with your car and get help that saves you time and money.... all from your smartphone.
Login at www.hum.com from your computer, laptop or tablet. This instrument of the here and now gives your hum profile... current mobile number, email address, password.. your auto health in accessing diagnostic information.. catch small problems early on, pinpoint road assistance.. and you can connect to a Mechanics Hotline.. get maintenance reminders, locate your parked car... etc
I need all of this as my Pontiac Grand Am proudly reads over 176.000 miles. I have had it on the road one year now and have had my share of repairs. As Frank Cooke said "It is better to wear out than rust out.. Vehicle ownership is a very personal thing. I learned from my dad, Joseph E. Potvin who was mechanically inclined and never owned a new car... but every car dad owned was like new.
Today electronics rule and the prizes get bigger as then get smaller.
Verizon Wireless Manager
, Kevin Palma, Sturbridge, did the initial tweeking of my hum. I learn in spurts. Good. Customer Paul Larkin was at the Verizon Store and owns a hum. Paul recently had a dead battery and it was Verizon's hum to the rescue. You've gotta love the hum cheers the Verizon sales force..."No reason not to." So I say you must get with life's program for ease and growth.
Also, I went to Staples and T J MAXX looking for a new pair of sneakers for the Spring. My foolish bunion on my right foot.. but then again... it's only a bunion.
Tomorrow will be a blue Wednesday... much better than a Blue Monday unless your name is Antoine "Fats" Domino.... one of my favorites. and on, and on, and on. Pageviews are up today.
www.hum.com! $15.00 a month. My last tow bill was $201...... Breakdowns are a part of life.. nervous and vehicular....:)
