What a way to start the week! Chase's team went into the 6th inning ahead 6 to nothing and won 6-2 against Charlton played near the DPW in Sturbridge. It was one of the best games of the long season. Chase connected three times with solid contact and went 1 for three. He made two fantastic catches in centerfield. Our preferred seats were right behind home plate. Josh and I were in the game so it seemed. Chase gained my favor for playing a good game: $4.00!
Was it Humphrey Bogart who once said 'You can go to a baseball game and forget about all of your woes.'

Lily, Maddie and helped Mommy spread ground cover all day long according to Heidi.
Son Josh treated me and Chase to some creamy ice cream at HOWARD's WB. The place is amazing!
And so it goes. Another baseball game tomorrow night.
