COOPERSTOWN

MLB had a feature about Cooperstown and the National Baseball Hall of Fame. I found it to be most interesting as I have traveled to Cooperstown in the past couple of years. By attending the Hall of Fame you get a historical perspective of baseball's best players enshrined. Today's program featured many ball players but Pedro Martinez was my favorite! I also like Tony LaRussa!

I drove over to the Potvin Estate to find Chase just getting up. He said 'Dad is playing football at the Elementary School grounds. I drove to the grounds and saw Josh in motion so I just waved and came home.

My guess is Josh was later on Lake Wickaboag in his boat.

This afternoon was about watching MLB games. The Red Sox lost to the Baltimore Orioles... two out of three! The Yankees defeated the Washington Nationals. Other games were seen later on. The fake fans in the seats provide for imagination. Better than nothing!

Son Ben called relating to his motor trip to Maryland and attendant car repairs. Now family is back in North Carolina.

Tomorrow, Monday is "laundry and food shopping as usual." How hot can it get? 100+.
