HOW TO SLEEP BETTER

Lord Byron (1788-1924) is quoted quite a bit on sleep.

'Death, so called. is a thing which men weep, And yet a third of life is passed in sleep. I think "sleep" is marketed as no other, not evens teeth brightening remedies. But sleep is so important to our lives. Recently I have new remedies in my sleep habits...GO TO BED LATER! Reduce "garbage in." Think more, adjust to our delightful worlds of 2016.

When I was young I would meet myself getting into bed as I was getting up. But that was when I was young and "green in judgment." From what I've rad recently in Newsweek "you should get about hours of  shuteye a night. Yes, early to bed is advisable is you are living in the dark ages. Today we are living in front of a tanning lamp. everywhere we turn is something electronic, electric, or envy. This advanced digital age is redefining our everything. So what are you going to do?

Make your bed and sleep in it."

Byron also said: " On with the dance! let joy be unconfined No sleep 'til morn, when Youth and Pleasure meet To chase the Glowing Hours with Flying feet."  Come on Baby, let's do the Twist!
Now I shall go to sleep. Goodnight.
